Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time to prevent your next payment from being made. Your licence will expire on the date that you’ve paid up until. Licence expiry dates can be found in your list of licences.

Can I transfer licences to other people?
Yes, in the list of your licences simply click the link next to the one that you wish to transfer, change the user’s details and save. You can send the licence key to the new person by clicking the link. When they register this licence key they’ll be up and running.
Can multiple people manage my company’s licences?
Yes, just visit your account details page and choose the option to add an administrator. They’ll be emailed with their logon details.
How do I install the software?
Download the installation file, which is a compressed file, unzip the file to any location on your system and then run the file ‘setup.exe’ as an administrator. There’s a help article on this in the Help section – just follow the links. If you’re an IT administrator and are rolling the software out to many people in your organisation the installation file is an MSI file, which is easily packaged for deployment in solutions such as Microsoft’s SCCM.
What are the prerequisites for the software?
You need Windows 7 or later with 2GB of RAM and Office 2010 or later. The install files are less than 10MB in size and the installed software takes up less than 25MB of space on your system.
How do I activate a licence?
Following installation the next time you open MS PowerPoint you’ll be prompted for your email address and licence key. Simply add these and click the button to register your licence and you’re done.
If I’ve forgotten my licence keys how do I find them?
If you’re an administrator for your company simply access your list of licences from your account details page. If you’re just a user of the software then ask your administrator to forward it on to you.
